1) The planned “Rosemont Preserve” is 7.75 acres of unprotected wilderness land in La Crescenta.
2) Located at northern end of Rosemont Avenue, in the mouth of Goss Canyon.
3) Preserving the land would preclude any development on the property.
4) Preserving the land would secure habitat for a number of wildlife species, including mule deer, bobcats, mountain lions, bears, coyotes and endangered Arroyo toads.
5) Preserving the land would effectively double available green space in La Crescenta.
