On Sunday, May 7th, from 3-5pm the Arroyos & Foothills Conservancy is welcoming the community for Bird LA Day and the movement to #TakeItOutsideCA at the Rosemont Preserve!

Take It Outside California! is a weekend of free outdoor activities on conserved lands hosted by organizations across the state.  It's a statewide initiative to connect all Californians to great outdoor places and experiences.  Bird Day LA celebrates the birds of Southern California and LA's amazing biodiversity. Bird and nature-themed events are held throughout the greater Los Angeles area to remind the world that Los Angeles is a lot more than just film, fashion and celebrities!

This weekend will be a great opportunity for new visitors to see the Rosemont Preserve, and our ongoing work to preserve natural lands.
